DRAGADOS receives approval for the acquisition of Fleischmann S.A.

DRAGADOS S.A., an affiliate of the ACS Group, has received approval for the acquisition of 100% of Fleischmann S.A., a Chilean company specialized in engineering, industrial assembly, energy, mechanical systems, HVAC, maintenance, commissioning, and construction.

With this approval, the transaction announced in June 2025 is formally completed, marking a key milestone in ACS Group's strategy to strengthen its presence in the digital infrastructure sector and expand its ability to offer end-toend integrated services to global clients.

Fleischmann S.A., with over 80 years of experience and 1,200 employees, has established itself as a leader in data center construction in Chile and has demonstrated strong capabilities in managing complex projects both nationally and internationally. Its innovative approach, reinforced by the creation of Fleischmann Lab, has led to the development of new business units focused on Digital Solutions and Data Centers.

With this approval, DRAGADOS enhances its presence in Chile’s National Data Center Plan, which foresees investments of 2.5 billion dollars over the next five years, and reinforces its collaboration with leading global technology clients.
